Directions
A map of how to get to the Fiesta can be here.
Disabled access at the Fiesta
There is an allocated disabled viewing area for the main arena where there will be space for disabled visitors and their carer to watch events from a suitable vantage point. This is located by the passenger boarding area.
Please be aware that Ashton Court Estate is a predominantly green field site with rough terrain and undulating surfaces.
There are disabled toilets throughout the site.
If you have any further questions or requirements please click here to contact the Fiesta office.
Disabled Parking
For those visitors wishing to buy parking tickets in advance, you can do so from our online booking service (where you can also print you tickets immediately after purchase) or over the phone on 0117 953 5884.
Disabled Access via Taxi
Access to the Fiesta for taxis will be made available for blue badge holders at the Kennel Lodge entrance. Please contact the Fiesta office to make the necessary arrangements. We will need you to supply your name, day(s) you wish to visit, as well as an approximate time you wish to arrive.
Disabled Access via Public Transport
The Official Fiesta Bus Service will operate from two convenient locations in Bristol: one from Temple Meads Train Station; the other from the top of Blackboy Hill. The routes will only stop at pre-selected pick-up and drop-off points, so please consult our route maps by clicking here before planning your journey to and from the Fiesta.
The dedicated Fiesta bus service will have a number of low loading vehicles for wheelchair users. If a disabled person needs to gain access to a bus that is not low loading, the driver will phone and get one with disabled access to follow along ASAP.
Priority access will be given to disabled passengers.
Wheelchair access is available on all routes of the Official Fiesta Bus Service, and Shopmobility are on site for mobility requirements at the Fiesta itself (see below).
If you arrive by bus, then, after booking your scooter, we advise disabled visitors to also notify the Fiesta office, bus driver and Shopmobility, so that arrangements can be made for their scooter to be dropped off at the bus drop-off point.

Dogs
Dogs are welcome at the Fiesta but must be kept under control at all times.
Please also be reminded that there are fireworks following the Night Glow at 10pm on Thursday and Saturday.
Before bringing your pet to the Fiesta, please take into consideration how busy the site is as it may not be suitable for your pet.
