Getting to the Fiesta

Ashton Court is situated to the west of Bristol City Centre. It is easily reached from the M5 and via public transport.

By Car

Follow the yellow road signs to the Fiesta - Public Car Parks are clearly signposted

From the North, M5 Junction 19: take the A369 towards Bristol city centre

From the South, M5 Junction 21: take the A370 towards Bristol

From the East or West, M4 Junction 20: take the M5 southbound, leaving at junction 19 for the A369 towards Bristol city centre

SAT NAV Details: If you use a SAT NAV use the postcode BS8 3TQ.  Once you pick up the yellow event road signs, please follow these as they will direct you with the flow of event traffic.

By Foot

The Fiesta site is a 20 minute walk from Bristol City Centre, Clifton and South Bristol.  Please use the Festival Way if you are walking from central Bristol, which is sign posted from the M-Shed museum.

Important Information regarding the Clifton Suspension Bridge

The Clifton Suspension Bridge will be closed to all vehicles, cyclists and pedestrians during the evenings of the two nightglows, Thursday 11th and Saturday 13th August 2011.  It will be closed from 6.00pm, reopening at 2.00am the following morning.

Official Fiesta Bus Service

Two dedicated Bus Services will operate during the Fiesta weekend, connecting central Bristol, Clifton and Bristol Temple Meads with the Fiesta site.  Download the timetables here:

Balloon Two - Clifton Village - Whiteladies Road - Jacob Wells - Hotwells - Fiesta

Drop Off/Pick Up Facility

A dedicated drop off/pick up facility will be loacted within a short walk from the Fiesta site.  Please follow the event signs to the facility.

By Train

First Great Western run frequent, high-speed services to Bristol Temple Meads and Bristol Parkway from London Paddingon. Services also run to Bristol from various locations around South Wales, Birmingham and the South West - as well as the rest of the UK. 

On arriving at Bristol Temple Meads, visitors can make their onward journey to the Fiesta on the Official Fiesta Bus Service.

By Bus/Coach

First Bus operates bus services throughout Bristol. Many of these services pick-up and drop-off at Bristol's bus and coach station located in the city centre.

National Express runs frequent coach services to Bristol from various locations in the UK.

Private Coach Parties will be able to be dropped off within close proximity of the event site - clearly sign posted

By Taxi

Our recommended taxi service is 1st Call Taxis, who can be reached on 0117 955 8558.
The Drop Off/Pick Up facility is located at Ashton Gate, a short walk to the Fiesta site.

By Bike

Bicycles can enter the estate from Gate 3 - Kennel Lodge Road
A bike park is located on site.
Please note that bicycles are left at your own risk.
