Travel to the Fiesta
The beautiful Ashton Court Estate is situated to the West of Bristol City Centre. It has ample parking for cars, can be reached on foot or bike from the city or via public transport.
With hundreds of thousands of people visiting the fiesta, we work very hard to manage the access routes and car parks to make your visit as simple as possible. There are many ways of getting directly into the Fiesta event site either by car, walking or by official dedicated bus services. At peak times you can expect a short wait to enter and leave the car parks, so please, where possible plan your journey in advance, arrive early and be patient with fellow visitors.
If you are planning an evening visit (remember there is no mass ascent on Thursday 7th but there is a Night Glow) Friday evening is the quietest of the three days of ascents. The key is to arrive early and get yourself into a good position, watch the balloon teams do the hard work, enjoy the arena entertainment and perhaps do a bit of shopping.
Follow the yellow road signs to the Fiesta - Public Car Parks are clearly signposted

Visitors who purchase car packing passes in advance can now also opt for premium car parking. For just £10 per car per day, premium car parking guarantees a space in the parking area closest to the showground, a dedicated entrance with easier access on and off site and a complimentary event programme.
